You can easily get a quote for one of our spaces by selecting the desk, private office, or meeting room you would like to book on our interactive floor plan. Once selected, you will be prompted to register your details and from here you will be presented with transparent pricing which will change depending on your requirement. It’s as easy as that. If you have any queries about the price you are quoted, simply contact us on 01245 253 206.

Yes, you can book a space for up to one month at a time. We offer discounts for multi-day bookings so the more you book, the better the rate.

Yes, our rooms are fully accessible with a lift to the second floor. The Hub is ideally positioned in the town centre with great local transport links including buses, trains, taxis, and e-scooters. We even have our own car park. Access to the Hub is easily gained through an intercom and fob system with both stair and lift access to the 1st and 2nd floors. We also have disabled toilet facilities.

No. While our hot-desk co-working spaces are open plan we also offer private offices and meeting room spaces for those that require a little more privacy.

  • We have ensured that our working spaces are socially distanced
  • The Hub is professionally cleaned on a daily basis
  • We have hand sanitiser stations located throughout the Hub
  • We have introduced paper cups and cutlery in the kitchen area
  • Limits on the amount of people in each area at any one time
  • Floor taping to encourage one-way movement and social distancing

Yes, there is air conditioning throughout the hub which is set to 22 degrees Celsius to ensure a cool and comfortable working environment. Our two private offices and five meeting rooms offer individual air conditioning systems which you can set as required, all we ask is that you return them to 22 degrees when you are finished.

Yes, as long as we are given 24 hours’ notice. We understand things change so we are happy to be flexible as long as we can provide others with the opportunity to book the space in a fair and timely manner. The cancellation of multi-day bookings will result in the adjustment of the daily rate so please be aware of this when cancelling a booking.
